As far as a training program for the colts and fillies, they are handled after they are a few days old (not imprinted). They are able to be caught, haltered and led with their mothers. A “refresher course” is then implemented at the time of weaning for several weeks and then they are turned out together in large pastures until they are ready to begin their 2 year old training year at the show barn.

Look for these fine Magnolia Farms contenders in the shows of the future.

Ringleader At The Ritz RINGLEADER AT THE RITZ - Wonderful new chestnut colt, who is a full brother to WC Lone Star Ritz.  By He's Puttin' on the Ritz, out of Magic's Dreamwalker - Foaled 10/06/2006.
Silverado Sky SILVERADO SKY - Born Fall, 2005, she is a very pretty filly, chocolate chestnut, with the beginning of a mixed silver mane and tail....also, very slinky and athletic with her sire's back end.    This should be a winning combination, since her dam is a half sister to Jose Grande and a daughter of Ritz.  Lots of breeding is behind this filly.
