That Lady's in Command

That Lady's in Command was chosen as a premiere broodmare, not only to be bred to Eclipse, but also The Skywatch.   This mare has produced three excellent offspring.   One, The Sky Command, was  2 year old world champion in 2003.   The 2005 filly, the Sky Commandress will debut in her show career in 2007.  In October, 2005, Lady in Command foaled a filly by The Skywatch (already sold).

There has been such success with the cross, we decided to try it again. 

Lady has had her foal by The Skywatch.. a lovely chestnut filly with an off hind sock, an off center star,  and a partial strip running into a wide, off center snip over her left nostril. She was foaled Oct. 2005. We are calling her The Grider Filly, as she has been purchased by the Tommy Grider family.

Lady in Command won the 2 year old filly  World Championship out of 47 entries with Florence (Hall) Edwards in 1997 and that's why she bought The Skyline...she wanted one of her colts.  Lady in Command won many prestigious  shows in Middle Tennessee and elsewhere, most recently with the Floyd Sherman family, who I bought this mare from. 

That Lady's in Command had her 2007 foal by The Skywatch....a winning combination as The Sky Command won the preliminary and WGC Amateur Stallion Specialty class with Julie Grider.  The new filly's name is She's A Barefoot Contessa.		 Lady's Skywatch Command


That Lady's In Command is currently in foal to All American Cash.

Tennessee Walking Horse-Crimson Sky CRIMSON SKY- Full sister to WC The Sky Command - has ribboned in Middle Tennessee.  This mare has a great driving back end and is very showy and fun to ride. She would be able to compete in the up and coming Adult or Youth pony class division, as well. Suitable for both amateur and youth rider. An excellent broodmare prospect as well. Foaled 10/15/2000.

THE SKY COMMAND - This is the FULL TWIN (by embryo transfer) brother to Crimson Sky. He won the Two Year Old World Championship in 2003 with Julie Grider, and was Reserve 3 Year Old World Champion in  2004, and won 4 year old world champion in 2005.

THE SKYLINE - The Sky Line will be campaigned next year as a 2 year old.   We are anxiously waiting to see this colt perform.
